Our 340 Series pool with coping only starts in the low $60,000s. Add a flush spa with a gas heater, and you’ll be in the $90,000 range. From there, you can customize with hardscapes, upgraded finishes, and site-specific options — creating a pool that fits both your lifestyle and your budget.

STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR SHAPE

Choose From 4 Standard, Timeless Pool Designs

Atlantic: A customer favorite freeform design.

Classic: The timeless, classic rectangle.

Riverside: A modern twist on the classic rectangle that features offsets that add visual interest to the pool outline.

Jax: Another customer favorite freeform design that offers slightly different positioning of entry steps and optional spa and sunshelf.

340-Series: An approx. 340 square foot surface area pool. For reference, in the Classic pool design this is a 13’ x 26’ pool. Specific dimensions will vary between pool designs. Depth is 3’6” - 5’0”.

380-Series: An approx. 380 square foot surface area pool. For reference, in the Classic pool design this is a 14’ x 27’ pool. Specific dimensions will vary between pool designs. Depth is 3’6” – 5’0”.

420-Series: An approx. 420 square foot surface area pool. For reference, in the Classic pool design this is a 15’ x 28’ pool. Specific dimensions will vary between pool designs. Depth is 3’6” - 5’6”.

STEP 3 - CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS

Choose From a Curated Collection of Popular Pool Features

Flush Spa: Approx. 40-square-foot spa, flush with the pool deck. Includes (4) therapy jets with air blower, LED color dimmable light, and 3' wide tiled spillway to the pool. Spa, light, blower, and temperature can be controlled through the smartphone app. (A gas or electric heat pump must be selected with this option).

Raised Spa: Approx. 40-square-foot spa, raised 12" above the pool deck. Includes (4) therapy jets with air blower, LED color dimmable light, and 3' wide tiled spillway to the pool. Spa, light, blower, and temperature can be controlled through the smartphone app. (A gas or electric heat pump must be selected with this option).

Raised Wall Waterfall: Provides a nice "sound of water" and visual element, and a water feature that kids enjoy playing in. This option will add a 15' long wall that is raised 12", faced with waterline tile and topped with double bullnose coping, and includes one 36" sheer descent waterfall feature.

Sunshelf w/ Bubbler: Add a sunshelf with an approx. 8" depth that includes a bubbler water feature and umbrella holder. A sunshelf offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sun while still being in the water, making it a favorite for younger children to splash and play (while supervised of course!).

Deck Jets: This option places two deck jets in your pool deck, up to a maximum of four. Deck jets are flush mounted in your pool deck and provide a narrow stream of water that arcs into the pool. They add an interesting visual element as well as the "splashing water sounds" many people desire.

Additional Pool Bench: This option allows you to add seated benches in your pool in 4' segments, in addition to the bench in the deep-end that is included in the base price and is required per pool safety code. For example, multiple segments can be combined for a single continuous bench along a wall.

Choose Your Equipment

Salt System: An alternative to traditional erosion feeder chlorine tablets often used to provide daily pool water sanitization. Reduced chemical costs are typically touted as the primary benefit of a salt system, though for many people the real advantage is water that feels "softer" and is more enjoyable to be in.

Ozone System: Provides a secondary sanitization system that reduces chemical use by up to 60%. This doesn't replace the need for chlorine but allows the chlorine in the system to work more effectively. UV light inside the ozone generator injects into the plumbing where it sanitizes water. A recommended minimum level of chlorine must still be maintained at all times.

Gas Heater: Gas is typically the heater of choice for a spa since it provides significantly more heating power than an electric heat pump. Our 400k BTU gas heater is the largest permissible for use on a residential pool and provides the fastest heating possible for your spa and pool.

Heat Pump: Electric is more efficient and cost-effective than gas when heating your pool over longer periods. Where the power of gas can rapidly heat your pool and spa, electric slowly yet more efficiently maintains a set water temperature to extend your swimming season over several days, weeks, or months. Electric can also be combined with gas to provide the best of both worlds.

Select Your Deck Pavers

Coping Only: Base pools include coping only, which allows you more choice and decision-making flexibility. You can choose a clean modern look (like grass around a coping only pool), select from one of our deck paver options, or once the pool is complete you can do it yourself or hire a contractor to install synthetic grass or the deck of your choice.

Concrete Pavers: Concrete is our entry-level paver option that provides a durable, natural look and feel. Available in three color choices: Amaretto, Napoli, and Titanium. The pattern will be mega olde towne utilizing multiple size pavers.

Artistic Pavers: Artistic pavers are denser than most pavers and cooler to the touch. They have a smoother finish than a concrete paver, but still provide traction to prevent slipping. Available in two color choices: Ivory and Tan. Pavers are 16” x 16” and installed in an offset pattern.

Choose Your Interior Finish

Quartz: Our quartz finish is smooth with a white base color speckled with flecks of blue to provide a crystal-clear water color with a hint of blue. This interior combines the performance properties of enriched Portland cement with factory-blended crystalline aggregates enhanced with sparkling colored quartz to create luster and strength.

Pebble: Our pebble finish is available in two colors, Cove Blue or Blue Pearl, and gives you the choice of a lighter or darker finish and water color. This interior combines a dynamic blend of hand-selected pebbles and other aggregates to provide a durable finish with just a touch of traction.

Porcelain Tile: We offer a curated selection of 6”x6” porcelain tiles which have been the most popular choice for decades due to their durable, long-lasting finish.

To meet pool safety regulations, you’ll need protective barriers to prevent entry into your pool area from outside your property. A pool alarm is included in the base package; however, the additional safety barriers listed below will incur extra costs.

Site Conditions & Budget Considerations

Every pool project is unique, and site conditions can impact the overall budget. Factors such as yard slope, soil composition, ground moisture, or the need for retaining walls may require additional preparation and resources. These elements, while not part of the base pricing, are important for achieving the best results and will be assessed by your Design Consultant.

During your design review, your Consultant will assess the specific conditions of your site and discuss any necessary adjustments to ensure a safe, durable pool installation. If you’re already aware of or have concerns about specific site conditions, such as slope or ground stability, please feel free to share additional information below. Your Consultant will provide guidance on any additional considerations needed to create a lasting pool environment that complements your unique backyard.
