Chris Larocca & Victoria were awesome. Chris diagnosed it and Victoria got the new pump installed and configured the automation. Excellent service. Thank you!!!

I reached out to Stan to see if they could help me out with some pool renderings for a listing I have where many potential buyers mentioned they wanted to add a pool but weren't sure how it would look. Kyle then created some beautiful designs that I can now provide potential buyers! Beautifully done quickly! Thank you so much!

John Montgomery has been our main point of contact since our pool was installed. There were a few hiccups with some of the contracted services outside of the pool, that John has been very helpful with. He has gone above and beyond his call of duty, stood in our corner with some challenges with drainage, etc. His willingness to help and follow up is definitely a five star rating in our point of view. The overall experience with Clarkson Pools has been fantastic, and we are very happy with our end result,

Chris Larocca went out of his way late on the Friday of a holiday weekend to help my wife and I with our pool pump. Couldn’t be happier with his service.

2019 Wonderful and responsive customer service by Vanessa (Service) and Pam (PoolCare)! Their teamwork and execution of solving my pool concerns was outstanding!

August 24 2026. We continue to be very pleased with our service from PBJC!!! Specifically, last week we had a pool issue after hours and Christy answered and got in touch with Chris Larocca. Chris provided excellent service that night and completed the repair over the weekend! He was attentive, knowledgeable, available as he completed the repair process! He went way above expectations!! Can’t say enough good things about this experience! We have been a customer for 8-10 years and I highly recommend them!!

Pools by John Clarkson did a great job for repairing my AquiaLink system. They have supported and repaired my pool multiple times a d they are very responsive. I haven’t trusted anyone else to work on my pool and they did a complete remodel over 11 years ago. Simply said it’s a great company and even better people that work there. Can’t say enough about how professional this company is and like a said ….their people make them head and shoulders above their competition.

We recently needed a new pump and salt cell for our Clarkson installed inground pool. Annette pointed us in the right direction. Christy in service started the ball rolling. Chris was out within a day to make sure we received the correct parts. Out of town family were anxiously waiting to use the pool. Wes came out sooner than expected and had us up and running quickly, thoroughly, and professional. Always a pleasure dealing with Clarkson Pools.

I talked with Annette. She was easy to talk to, generous with her time, and just plain nice.
