Working with Beaver Chevrolet in Jacksonville, Clarkson Pools designed and built a custom outdoor living space that gives customers a comfortable place to relax while their vehicle is being serviced. Rather than waiting inside a traditional showroom, guests can enjoy a welcoming outdoor environment complete with shaded seating, a full outdoor kitchen, lush landscaping, and open green space.

At the heart of the project is a handcrafted 20′ × 24′ cedar cabana featuring a tongue-and-groove ceiling, metal roof, and ceiling fans. The space is complemented by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with premium Bull appliances, granite countertops, dual refrigerators, and a large entertainment island designed for gathering. Artistic paver walkways, synthetic turf, custom-built benches, and a dedicated dog-friendly area complete the space, creating an inviting destination for customers, employees, and dealership events alike.

More than just an outdoor amenity, this project demonstrates how thoughtful commercial design can elevate the customer experience.
