Project Overview
In partnership with Carlton Construction, Clarkson Pools brought the Del Webb Nocatee amenity center’s aquatic vision to life with a complete resort-style complex. Our scope included the main resort pool with a gentle beach entry, a dedicated lap pool, an elevated spa, and a decorative entry fountain.
The resort pool serves as the centerpiece, designed with a welcoming beach entry for easy access, integrated tanning ledge, and multiple seating areas that encourage socializing and relaxation. The nearby lap pool provides a dedicated space for fitness and training, while the spa offers a private relaxing retreat.
At the entrance, a decorative fountain greets residents and guests, setting the tone for the community’s modern coastal charm. All pools and features are supported by energy-efficient mechanical systems, durable finishes, and designs tailored for long-term use in a high-traffic amenity environment.
