Located within the prestigious Glen Kernan Club, this custom new-build project—designed in partnership with Cottage Home Company—showcases a thoughtfully planned outdoor living environment built for both everyday enjoyment and entertaining.

The focal point of the backyard is a geometric pool with a perimeter overflow spa, finished in a Blue Pearl Pebble interior. A raised spa, three 24″ arc sheer descents, and twin 36″ round Concrete Commander fire bowls create a striking combination of movement, sound, and warmth. Additional features include a spacious sunshelf with bubbler, synthetic turf accents, and refined bullnose and precast coping selections from Old World Collections.

Extending beyond the pool, the space was designed as a complete outdoor destination. A covered summer kitchen, custom cabana with fireplace, and raised rectangular fire pit finished in white precast pavers provide inviting gathering areas for day-to-night use. Subtle details—such as coordinated tile selections and natural grey grout—were intentionally chosen to complement the home’s architecture and enhance the overall aesthetic.
