The pool is precisely aligned with the rear lanai to create a clean, linear sightline from indoors to outdoors. An integrated flush spa with floating steps offers a private retreat beside a custom cabana, while a sunshelf with a bubbler provides the perfect spot to relax in shallow water.

To enhance both beauty and function, the backyard elevation was raised to meet the lanai, allowing for a smooth transition to the pool deck. Synthetic turf and fire rock paver stepping pads soften the hardscape and add a resort-style feel.
