Pool Cleaner / Service Tech
Are you an experienced pool technician or pool cleaner? Have you managed a service or maintenance route?
Are you a self-starter that takes pride in their work and isn’t satisfied until the job is done, and done right?

Competitive pay for Service Techs is dependent on skill level and overall contribution to the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and safety.
- Depending on your role you may Inspect and repair pool equipment, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and equipment repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating power tools.
- Collaborate with clients to address their pool service needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Get compensated for your work. Pool Cleaners can earn up to $18 per pool depending on CPO Certification and experience level.
As a potential example, an average tech route services 50+ pools a week which adds up to $600-$900 per week.
CPO certification is preferred but not required.
Upon attaining your CPO, additional opportunities and advancement may become available.
Tools:
Pool Cleaner: Truck, chemicals, and equipment will be provided.
Pool Service Tech: Truck, service tools, and equipment will be provided.
Schedule:
The work is mostly performed remotely. You check in and out at the office, however, the remainder of your day is in the field.
These are full-time positions. Pool Cleaners could potentially maintain 50± pools weekly.
Major holidays off; some Saturdays are required.
